The price matching policy is limited to the retail limit applicable or a maximum quantity of three of each product.

Products that are labelled as ‘online only’ at Chemist Warehouse are delivered directly to customers by our trusted third-party Marketplace Partners. These products are not available to purchase in-store, as these orders are fulfilled by our Partners and Chemist Warehouse does not keep stock of these products.

When shopping online at Chemist Warehouse, you will be able to easily distinguish ‘online only’ products due to the label that is displayed over the product image.

To find contact details of the Marketplace Partner or additional information about the product, please refer to the product details page for the specific ‘online only’ item you have recently purchased or are interested in purchasing.

Once on the product page for the specific ‘online only’ item, you will find additional information on delivery methods, return and refund policies, and the warranty associated with the product.

We encourage you to contact the Marketplace Partner directly if you have any questions about the product, delivery or policies.

When shopping online at Chemist Warehouse, orders containing ‘online only’ products are shipped and tracked separately.

These products are fulfilled and dispatched by our Marketplace Partners, which means that your order will arrive separately from Chemist Warehouse products and have a unique tracking link.

Once you receive email confirmation that the Marketplace Partner has dispatched your order, you will be able to view the tracking information and courier details.

No, orders containing ‘online only’ products cannot be collected from a Chemist Warehouse store, as they are shipped directly from our trusted third-party Marketplace Partners. You are unable to select Click & Collect or Fast Delivery for ‘online only’ products. 

From time to time, a Marketplace Partner may offer free shipping for the product – however, this is up to the discretion of the Marketplace Partner, not Chemist Warehouse.

‘Online only’ products will be shipped separately from Chemist Warehouse products in your order; and will generally incur a shipping fee charged by the Marketplace Partner.

No, unfortunately regular postage is the only option available for orders containing ‘online only’ products at this stage.

If you are not home and an attempted delivery was made, you must contact the Marketplace Partner to rearrange delivery. Any associated shipping fees to redeliver the order will be at the expense of the customer, Chemist Warehouse nor the Marketplace Partner will refund the cost of shipping.

When you place an online order containing an ‘online only’ product, orders are fulfilled by our trusted third-party Marketplace Partners and are shipped separately direct to the customer. If you have only received part of your order, generally it is because you have placed an order containing products from Chemist Warehouse or another Marketplace Partner, resulting in a split order.

Orders containing both ‘online only’ and Chemist Warehouse products are split into separate order numbers.

Once you receive email confirmation that the Marketplace Partner has dispatched your order, you will be able to view the tracking information and courier details. A unique tracking link will be provided, allowing you to manage the delivery of your split orders.

If after tracking your order and you still believe there is an issue with a missing product, please contact our friendly Customer Service team to assist you.

Once an order has been placed containing an ‘online only’ product, you are unable to cancel it.

Chemist Warehouse is not responsible for processing returns for orders containing an ‘online only’ product.

No, ‘online only’ products can only be returned to the Marketplace Partner. Chemist Warehouse cannot accept returns of ‘online only’ products in-store as they were purchased directly from the seller, not Chemist Warehouse.

We are unable to offer exchanges on ‘online only’ products in-store at Chemist Warehouse or offer refunds on products purchased from our Marketplace Partners.

As the operator of an online sales platform, Chemist Warehouse cannot ensure that your complaint to a Marketplace Partner will achieve a satisfactory outcome. If we can facilitate a resolution, we will endeavor to do so, but if a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached you may have to pursue a Marketplace Partner for any breach of rights that you may have as consumer of their products and services.

Voucher codes can be applied to online orders at the time of checkout. You will be able to input the code, and the discounted amount will be deducted from your order prior to payment.

If you are experiencing issues with your voucher code being accepted at checkout, please check the following:

1. You have already used the code. Our voucher codes can only be used once, if you have previously used the code, it won’t be able to be applied again.

2. The items you’ve selected are ineligible for this voucher code. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the voucher code to ensure the products in your cart aren’t excluded from the offer. Ensure that minimum spend requirements have been met.

3. Make sure you have entered the code correctly.

4. Check the expiry of the voucher code. Some codes are a limited time offer or expire after a set period of time.

Our policy as a retailer is to supply products or medicines with at least 1 month expiry beyond the normal expected time it would take to consume based on normal dosages.

We do not recommend ordering more than 6 months’ supply for any product or medicine, as the retailer we have no control of the manufactured expiry dates. Any orders in excess of 6 months’ supply, or above the expected retail quantities are at the risk of the purchaser in relation to expiry dates.
