If your online order is arriving by post (Australia Post eParcel); once dispatched, we’ll send you an email letting you know your parcel is on the way!

You will receive an email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.

When shopping online at Chemist Warehouse, orders containing ‘online only’ products are shipped and tracked separately.

These products are fulfilled and dispatched by our Marketplace Partners, which means that your order will arrive separately from Chemist Warehouse products and have a unique tracking link.

Once you receive email confirmation that the Marketplace Partner has dispatched your order, you will be able to view the tracking information and courier details.

Additionally, you can login to your Chemist Warehouse account and view orders by selecting My Account. Please ensure you are using the same email address used to place the order.

You will be updated on the status of your Fast Delivery order via SMS or email throughout the process.

Once your order has been fulfilled at a nearby store you will receive an update and estimated timeframe for delivery. Then, your order will be collected by the driver and delivered to the nominated address.

You will be updated on the status of your Click & Collect order via SMS and email throughout the process. We will send you confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

Please ensure when collecting your order that you bring the required points of verification to the store, otherwise we will be unable to release your order. Refer to Click & Collect for more information.

Changes to My Order

No, unfortunately once you have completed the checkout process and submitted your online order, you will be unable to make a change or cancel it. Online orders are processed very quickly and prepared for dispatch.

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. We aim to pick and dispatch orders very quickly to reduce the time it takes to be delivered to the customer.

You can cancel your Click & Collect order at any time. To do this, please contact our Customer Service team to request a cancellation of your order.

No, you are unable to cancel an order containing ‘online only’ products. Orders fulfilled by our Marketplace Partners are processed quickly and no changes can be made once the order has been placed.

Changed your mind? Refer to product details page relating to the specific item you have purchased, then navigate to the Marketplace Partner information displayed on the page for instructions on how you initiate a return. Please note that our Marketplace Partners have their own returns policies and exclusions.

Chemist Warehouse is not responsible for processing returns for ‘online only’ products.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and dispatched – we are unable to make changes to the delivery address provided for your online order.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address and a new delivery address is requested, you will be required to cover any additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.

Issues with My Order

Once you have completed your online order with Chemist Warehouse, we will automatically send you a confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation from us, please check your spam and junk folders.

If you still aren’t able to find your order confirmation email, you might have made an error when providing your email address. In these circumstances, please contact our friendly Customer Service team for further instructions.

If you have received your online order and there are damaged, missing, or incorrect items – please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to assist you in resolving the problem.

Our friendly Customer Service team will help you by investigating the issue, please Contact Us for more information. Have your order number, details, and relevant photos handy to share with us to assist the process.

Depending on the availability or type of products you have ordered, we might have split your order prior to shipping. If you have only received part of your order, please check My Orders in My Account for the status before contacting us for assistance.

Don’t have an account with us? Not to worry, you can check your order status by referring to your order update emails or contacting our friendly Customer Service team.

If you receive a damaged or faulty ‘online only’ product, please contact the Marketplace Partner directly to provide assistance.

To find the contact details for the Marketplace Partner, you can easily locate the seller information by returning to the product details page for the item you purchased. Once on the product details page, there will be a link to click to view more information about the seller.

Chemist Warehouse is not responsible for exchanges, returns or refunds on any ‘online only’ products. Marketplace Partners will have their own policies, as outlined on the product details page for that specific item.

Tax Invoices

You can download a copy of your digital invoice from My Account, in 4 easy steps!

For all online purchases, including Click & Collect and Fast Delivery orders – you can conveniently access your past orders, follow the instructions below to obtain a copy of an invoice:

  1. Go to My Account, located at the top right of the website.

  2. Select My Orders to see the list of all your past online orders.

  3. Once you find your order, go to the details page to find the ‘View Invoice’ option to view. If you placed an order more than 2 years ago, you would need to Contact Us to retrieve the invoice.

  4. Now, simply download or print your tax invoice.

Don’t have an account with us? You will be able to access your tax invoice by referring to your order confirmation email, or Contact Us and a member of our friendly Customer Service team can assist you.

Chemist Warehouse will only provide a tax invoice for products stocked, fulfilled and dispatched by us. When you receive your order containing ‘online only’ products, you will receive a printed copy of the tax invoice in the parcel.

If you would like to obtain another copy or digital version of the tax invoice for an order containing ‘online only’ products, you will need to contact the Marketplace Seller directly.

To find their contact details, for you can easily locate the seller information by returning to the product details page for the item you purchased. Here you will find seller information containing contact information and operating hours.
