WIN A TRIP TO PARIS WITH AVENE & KLORANE I CONSUMER COMPETITION Terms and Conditions Competition DatesThis Competition commences at 00.01am AEST on Thursday 25 June 2026 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on Wednesday 22 July 2026 (‘Competition Period’). Who May Enter This Competition is open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, and the Promoter’s agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Competition are not eligible to enter. Terms of Entry  Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To enter the Competition, entrants must during the Competition Period: Spend $25 or more across the Avene and Klorane range in a single transaction at Chemist Warehouse (in-store or online); and complete the entry form at: www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/compeitions/win-a-trip-to-paris-avene-klorane Entrants must retain and provide proof of their qualifying purchase in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.  Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.    Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, late, lost, misdirected or not received by the Promoter within the Competition Period.  Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proof of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.   The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry or who provide incorrect or fraudulent information, the entrant will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. Entrants who provide incorrect or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Competition. Any attempt to enter multiple email addresses or pen names, copy another person’s work, or any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any other entry method not authorized by these Terms and Conditions is not permitted. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Prize There is one (1) prize to be won. 1 x winner will win a trip to Paris. Package is based on 2 adults travelling twin share (bedding is subject to availability) 7 nights accommodation at 5-star hotel located in the centre of Paris, France, including breakfast daily, return economy airfares to Paris. Private car transfer return to Australian airport from place of residence, Private car transfer return from Paris airport to accommodation. Tickets for Big Bus hop-on-hop-off tour and $2,000AUD spending money. Package is valued up to $18,000 Australian Dollars + $2,000 Australian Dollars spending money. Travel Conditions: Winners must travel within calendar month of September (dates to be confirmed with travel agency & within travel value).   Package is provided by helloworld travel Eastgardens and cannot be rebooked or moved to any other travel agency. Package has been put together and provided by Entire Travel Group and is also subject to their booking terms and conditions. The package is based departing from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide. If prize winner is from a different city, transfers will be provided for to match up with the international flights. The package is date specific (1st September – 30th September 2026), if winner is unable to travel for the intended travel period and wishes to change dates, winner is then to pay any additional amount over the original package price. Once winner has been announced and names provided names cannot be changed. Prize winner is responsible to acquire their own travel insurance. Prize winner is responsible for acquiring the correct visa’s (if required). Package cannot be cancelled for a refund or a credit. The total prize value is $20,000 AUD. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not exchangeable, redeemable for cash or transferable. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. If a prize (or a portion of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) for a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. Selecting the Winner  The winner of this Competition will be drawn by the Promoter on 3.00pm on Thursday 6 August 2026 at 6 Albert Street, Preston, Victoria 3072.  The first valid entry drawn at random will be declared the winner of this Competition.  The Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Thursday 6 August 2026 using contact details provided in their entry. The winner’s last name, first initial and post code will be published on the Promoter’s website. The Promoter will endeavour to deliver the Prize to the winner’s nominated bank account within 28 days of the date of the draw.    Unclaimed Prizes  a. If within three months after the draw date, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the winner’s right to the prize is forfeited. The Promoter will conduct a re-draw at 10.00am (AEDT) on Friday 6 November 2026 at 6 Albert Street, Preston, Victoria 3072, to be comprised of all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn at random will be declared the substitute winner. The substitute winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5pm on Friday 6 November 2026 and their last name, first initial and post code published on the Promoter’s website on Wednesday 6 November 2026 by 5:00pm. Privacy and use of personal information  In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry into this Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such data being exclusively their name, address, mobile phone number and email address.  This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner.  If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery regulators and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.    Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.    Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.    Exclusion of Liability  The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.  The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the third party websites specified in clause 10(b) below are not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with this Competition and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.   Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
