WIN A BYD ATTO 1 ESSENTIAL ELECTRIC CAR Terms and Conditions Competition Dates This Competition commences at 00.01am AEDT on Thursday 29 October 2026 and ends at 11.59pm AEDT on Sunday 13 December 2026 (‘Competition Period’). Who May Enter This Competition is open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, and the Promoter’s agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Competition are not eligible to enter. Terms of Entry  Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To enter the Competition, entrants must during the Competition Period: PURCHASE ANY 2 RED SEAL PRODUCTS in a single transaction at Chemist Warehouse (in-store or online); and complete the entry form at: www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/competitions/win-a-car-with-red-seal Entrants must retain and provide proof of their qualifying purchase in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.  Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.    Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, late, lost, misdirected or not received by the Promoter within the Competition Period.  Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proof of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.   The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry or who provide incorrect or fraudulent information, the entrant will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. Entrants who provide incorrect or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Competition. Any attempt to enter multiple email addresses or pen names, copy another person’s work, or any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any other entry method not authorized by these Terms and Conditions is not permitted. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Prize There are seven (7) prizes to be won. 1 x winner will receive One (1) 2026 BYD ATTO 1 Essential Apricity White electric motor vehicle. Prize includes 12 months registration (registered in the winner’s State or Territory of residence), compulsory third-party insurance; stamp duty, GST (if applicable) and delivery charge valued up to AUD $27,163.35 Incl. GST depending on the State and Territory of Registration in Australia. No extended warranty is given other than the vehicle is in Road Worthy Condition. Additional insurance including comprehensive insurance, options, and all other ancillary costs for are the responsibility of, and will be at the cost of, the winner. The promoter recommends the major prize winner obtain comprehensive insurance prior to delivery of the prize. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the Car in their own name, then the winner may assign the Car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purposes of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. If a winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to, the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all documentation as required by the Promoter before the Car is awarded. As a condition of accepting the Car, the winner must sign any legal documentation required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity. The Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to this Promotion or the merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the Car or any component of the Car. The value of the Car is accurate as at the commencement of this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Car after that date. If for any reason the Car (is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant. In the event that for any reason the winner does not take the Car at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Car will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of the Car. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if the Car is unavailable for any reason. 6 x winners will receive a minor prize of a $1,000 Chemist Warehouse gift card ( 1 x awarded weekly). Total prize pool value is: $33,163.35 The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not exchangeable, redeemable for cash or transferable. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. If a prize (or a portion of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) for a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. Selecting the Winner  The major winner of this Competition will be drawn by the Promoter at 3.00pm on Monday 14 December 2026 at 6 Albert Street, Preston, Victoria 3072.  The first valid entry drawn at random using automated software by the digital team will be declared the winner of this Competition.  The Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Monday 14 December 2026 using contact details provided in their entry. The winner’s last name, first initial and post code will be published on the Promoter’s website on 14 December 2026. The minor prizes will be drawn weekly, 1 x winner will be drawn on each of the following dates at 10am at 6 Albert Street, Preston, Victoria 3072: November 6th, November 13th, November 20th, November 27th, December 4th, December 11th. The Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm day of draw using contact details provided in their entry. The winner’s last name, first initial and post code will be published on the Promoter’s website on 14 December 2026. Unclaimed Prizes  a. If within three months after the draw date, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the winner’s right to the prize is forfeited. The Promoter will conduct a re-draw at 10.00am (AEDT) on Monday 15 March 2027 at 6 Albert Street, Preston, Victoria 3072, to be comprised of all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn at random will be declared the substitute winner. The substitute winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5pm on Monday 15 March 2027 and their last name, first initial and post code published on the Promoter’s website on Monday 15 March 2027 by 5:00pm. Privacy and use of personal information  In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry into this Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such data being exclusively their name, address, mobile phone number and email address.  This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner.  If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery regulators and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.    Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.    Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.    Exclusion of Liability  The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.  The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the third party websites specified in clause 10(b) below are not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with this Competition and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.   Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). General Terms The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
