WIN WITH SCHICK & BILLIE I CONSUMER COMPETITION  Terms and Conditions  The Promoter  CW Media PTY LTD ACN 606 548 298, ABN 43 913 252 975, 6 Albert Street Preston, Vic 3072, on behalf of the Chemist Warehouse and e-Pharmacy group.  Terms of Entry  Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEDT on Thursday 23 July 2026 until 11.59pm AEDT on Sunday 27 September 2026 (‘Competition Period’) through the Promoter’s website:  www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/competitions/win-10k-with-schick-billie Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.    Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.  Entry is conditional upon entrants purchasing any 2 items from the Schick Women’s or Billie range in a single transaction at Chemist Warehouse (in-store or online) and providing proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number and entering online via the above websites.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.  Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.   Maximum 1 entry per transaction per day. Who May Enter  The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.   The Competition is not open to:  Employees of the Promoter;  Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;  Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and  Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.  Prize 1 major prize winner will win $10,000, which will be awarded in the form of an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the winner’s nominated bank account. There are 50 x minor prizes available. Each minor prize is $200 AUD which will be awarded in the form of a The Iconic e-Gift Card. The Iconic Gift Cards are subject to the prize supplier's conditions, including those specified on the website located at https://www.theiconic.com.au/terms-of-use/. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with The Iconic. Any questions, comments or complaints about this Promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to The Iconic. Total Prize Value: $20,000 AUD. Selecting the Winner  The Competition winners will be randomly selected by the digital team using random number generator software. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm on Monday 28 September 2026 The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Monday 28 September 2026. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winners within the one month, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.  The Prize will be delivered via the nominated email of the recipient. If a valid email cannot be provided the prize will be delivered via secure post to the recipients nominated post office, where collection can be made upon providing a valid ID & signature for collection.    If within one month after the determination of the winners of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the Promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the one month if the prize cannot be delivered, the Promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the Office. If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Wednesday 28 October 2026, at 10.00am at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish last name, first initial and post code on the below sites on Wednesday 28 October 2026 by 5:00pm. Privacy and use of personal information In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles ('APPs'), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such data being exclusively their name, address, mobile phone number, email address and proof of purchase details.  This information is collected for the primary purpose of conducting and administering the Competition, including establishing eligibility, processing entries, selecting and notifying the winner, and fulfilling prize delivery.  If the requested information is not provided, the entrant will be unable to participate in the Competition.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to third parties engaged by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Competition, to State Lottery agencies and as otherwise required by applicable law. The Territory lottery or regulatory authorities, and winner's name may be published as required under the relevant State and Territory lottery legislation. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.    Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Competition, without additional remuneration or compensation, for the purpose of promoting the outcome of this Competition.    Such use will be in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy. Where a recipient elects to have the prize posted, they acknowledge the Promoter will be required to share identifying information with the Australian Postal Corporation for the purpose of enabling secure document collection & delivery, and the recipient will be required to present a valid identification document that matches the stored information.   Such disclosure will be limited to the information reasonably necessary for the purpose of enabling secure delivery and will be handled in accordance with the APPs. The Promoter will collect, use and handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available at www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/privacy-policy. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at the address specified in these Terms and Conditions. Any complaints regarding the handling of personal information may be directed to the Promoter in the first instance, or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au. Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant  Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.  The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition.  Exclusion of Liability  The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.  The Promoter and Edgewell are not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Edgewell are not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.  The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.  The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.  The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition.  Permit No:  ACT - TP 26/00507SA – T26-370NSW - NTP/16179
