BUNDLE OF JOY PRIZE PACK COMPETITION Terms and Conditions Competition Dates This Competition commences at 00.01am AEST on 20th August 2026 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 6th September 2026 (‘Competition Period’). Who May Enter This Competition is open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, and the Promoter’s agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Competition are not eligible to enter. Terms of Entry  Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To enter the Competition, entrants must spend $79 or more on any baby or kids products (excluding formula and prescription medications) in one transaction instore at Chemist Warehouse to receive a ‘Bundle of Joy’ bag during the Competition Period (while stocks last). Entrants are advised to retain and provide proof of their qualifying purchase in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.  The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry or who provide incorrect or fraudulent information, the entrant will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent or improper conduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Prize There are a total of 77 prizes to be won. Each winner will win one (1) prize pack containing an assortment of personal care products for babies and children comprising samples and full sized products, valued at approximately $250. Contents may vary from pack to pack. The maximum total prize pool is valued at $19,250 AUD. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not exchangeable, redeemable for cash or transferable. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. If a prize (or a portion of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) for a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. Selecting the Winners  The winners of this Competition will be determined at random. A total of 77 Chemist Warehouse gold tickets will each be randomly inserted in 77 Bundle of Joy bags. Each holder of a Chemist Warehouse gold ticket will be declared a winner of this Competition.  Each Competition winner must claim their prize via the contact details listed on each Chemist Warehouse gold ticket by 6 December 2026. Claims received after 6 December 2026 will not be accepted. Each winner’s last name, first initial and post code will be published on the Promoter’s website from 14 December 2026. The winner must surrender their gold ticket on redemption of the prize for verification purposes. e. The Promoter will endeavour to deliver the Prize to each winner within 28 days of the date of the respective winner claimed their prize in accordance with clause 4(c) above.    Unclaimed Prizes  a. If within three months after the draw date, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the winner’s right to the prize is forfeited. Any prizes which remain unclaimed after 6 December 2026 will be donated by the Promoter to a hospital of the Promoter’s choice by 6 January 2027. Privacy and use of personal information  In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry into this Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such data being exclusively their name, address, mobile phone number and email address.  This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winners.  If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery regulators and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.    Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.    Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.    Exclusion of Liability  The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.  The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the third party websites specified in clause 8(b) below are not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with this Competition and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.   Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). General Terms The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. This Competition may be promoted through third party websites such as Facebook or Instagram.  Entrants must at all times comply with the terms of service for those third-party websites when using them to participate in this Competition.  This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, those third-party websites.  If for any reason this Competition is incapable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval or directions of a relevant regulatory authority.   The Promoter  The Promoter is CW Media Pty Ltd ACN 606 548 298, ABN 43 913 252 975, 6 Albert Street Preston, Vic 3072.  Authorised under permit number(s)……………………………………………….
