Dispatch

Returns
Returns & Refunds Policy
All MY Healthstyle products sold by Silverline Medical are supplied in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and must be free from defects.
Requests for a repair or refund must be accompanied by an order confirmation or another valid form of proof of purchase. If an order confirmation cannot be provided, alternative evidence of purchase will be required to process your request. Refunds are not offered for change of mind returns.
Faulty Products
We may request evidence of the fault, such as a photograph, to assist with assessment. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Prior to returning any MY Healthstyle product, please contact Silverline Medical on 1800 959 777 (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST) or email [email protected] so we can attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact.
