Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days. Please check your delivery to ensure all items are present and undamaged. Any issues must be reported. Products must be returned within 30 days of the order date if required.
Returns
Exchange: We do not support exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order for the desired product and we will then proceed with processing a refund for your current order.
Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchase, we are pleased to accept returns. Provided the item is returned in sellable condition, we will issue a full refund of the product value. Please be aware that neither the original delivery charge nor return postage will be refunded.
Returned to Sender: Should your parcel be returned to us due to non-collection from your local post office, we will contact you once it has been received at our warehouse. You may choose to have the item resent; in this case, a standard freight fee will apply. Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the product value, excluding any freight charges.
