Returns
Customers within Australia who purchase online may return items due to change of mind, incorrect sizing or product fault within 30 days from receipt of goods.
Sizing and change of mind items will only be accepted for refund if they remain in their original condition and packaging.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund the disposable briefs, Maternity Pads, Nursing Pads, Dry Wipes or any other item that has been worn.
If you want to return an item, please contact us to start your return.
If you are completing a return, please ensure any free or bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase are also returned for a complete refund.
Returns are at the accountability of the individual. It is advised to use a tracking number from Australia Post to minimise the risk of lost goods.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of return; for delivery time, receiving, processing and postal return.
Faulty Products If your product is faulty please contact us, we will remedy any faulty product purchased within it's warranty period.
