At Living Textiles Co., we will ship your order within 1-3 days. Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 1 to 6 working days for our standard rate delivery. Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post’s e-parcel service during normal business hours. If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery the parcel will be taken to your local post office for you to collect and a card will be left advising you of this.

$5.00 flat rate per order. We offer free shipping for orders over $99.

Returns

Prior to shipment and delivery, we carefully inspect your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if upon delivery you notice any damage to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organise the prompt replacement of your goods.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including if you change your mind), you may return the product unused and in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Living Textiles Co. is unable to accept returns on discounted or sale items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We are unable to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or the problem fixed, thereby making it impossible for our technicians to assess the cause of the problem.
