In the rare occasion that something goes wrong with your order, our Returns Policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible. Please kindly understand that the benefits given by this Returns Policy are in addition to other rights you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Purchases

If you change your mind about a supplement purchase and the product is still sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, we are happy to offer a refund based on the following:

Return is submitted within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is provided. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Please do not send a return until it has been approved by our team. Once your item has been received and approved for return, your refund will be processed.

Taste or Performance Guarantee - 5 Scoop Policy

If you’ve used five scoops or less, you can return your opened product within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

To qualify for this policy:

The product must have no more than five scoops used. Proof of purchase is provided. The product must not be a clearance item (clearance items are final sale and can only be returned if faulty).

Please contact our team before sending any product back. Once approved, you can return it to our warehouse, and we’ll process your refund quickly.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

On rare occasions, supplements may arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. Should this occur, AlphaFit will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a replacement or full refund.

If your item is faulty or damaged:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Clearly photograph the fault or damage and include these images when you contact our team.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued. We will cover the costs associated with this.

Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Returns Process

To return a supplement:

Email [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. Wait for approval from our team before sending your product back. Returns without approval cannot be processed. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Once we receive the product back at the warehouse, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or wrongly described, AlphaFit will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

For change of mind returns (sealed products only), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
