Shipping Policy Effective Date: 1 January 2026

At NaturoBest, we aim to dispatch your order promptly and deliver it to you as safely and efficiently as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy, which form part of our Terms & Conditions.

Order Processing and Dispatch • Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment. • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a duplicate order identified and confirmed prior to dispatch. • While we do our best to dispatch and deliver your order quickly, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia) • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times: - Sydney & Brisbane: within 3 business days - Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth & regional areas: within 7 business days • No weekend deliveries are available. • If you select 'Authority to Leave' during checkout, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it is delivered to your nominated address without a signature.

Delivery • Each order is shipped separately and cannot be combined with other orders.

Title and Risk • Title in the goods remains with NaturoBest until payment is received in full and cleared funds. • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. • If no signature is required and the parcel is left at your address, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after delivery. • If you prefer a signature on delivery, please select this at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

Returns

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: • We will replace products that are: o Damaged in transit; or o Affected by a manufacturing defect (e.g. empty blister cavities or faulty packaging) provided video footage of the defect is provided. • We will provide refunds in the case of a product recall. • We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind.

Natural variations may occur in colour, odour, or texture due to the use of active ingredients and the absence of unnecessary excipients. These variations do not affect product quality, efficacy, or safety and are not considered defects.

To maintain product quality, products must be stored in accordance with the storage instructions on the label. Where refrigeration is specified, failure to store the product as directed may affect product quality and may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
