Your Hey Zomi collapsible cleaning cup is made from safe, flexible silicone and can be used in the microwave to sanitise your menstrual disc. When collapsed, it fits your Hey Zomi menstrual disc perfectly. You can store and carry your disc, keeping it clean and ready for use. The perfect cleaning and carry companion when you're travelling or on the go. How to Use - Cleaning Options: - Cleaning Tablets - Fill with water, drop in a Hey Zomi cleaning tablet, and soak your disc for 3 minutes. - Microwave - Fill with hot, boiled water, place your disc inside, cover with the lid (leave it slightly open for steam), and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Handle with care - The cup and water will be hot after heating. The silicone is soft and flexible, so take extra care when removing. Packaging: Made from carton/paper, no plastic used. Made in China. Please note: Menstrual disc or cleaning tablets not included. It is only the collapsible container.

Returns
Guidelines for Returns • hey zomi offers a 7 day window for returns for defective or faulty items. • If the item/s have been opened and / or used without any faults they cannot be returned for change of mind. • The refund will only be processed if the item/s are returned in their original state including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories – a refund may not be offered if only partial items are returned. • Before returning the item, please email [email protected] within the 7 day period of receiving your order outlining reason for return and we will provide you with return postage details if you qualify for a refund. • We will notify you via email when we receive the returned items and when we have processed the refund.
