Once your order is processed we will aim to dispatch within 48 hours. All orders are subject to Australia Post delivery services to your area. Orders being sent to regional Australia, WA and SA addresses may take up to 5 to 7 business days. Approximately 48 hours after your order has been placed you will receive tracking information which will allow you to track your parcel. The expected delivery times set are estimates only. Change of Mind
For change of mind returns, we are happy to provide a refund only on items that are unused, unopened and returned in the same condition as purchased within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in original, intact packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. We strongly recommend returning items with tracking, as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.
