WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? Nu Harvest is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification. Any damages are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery.
If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Nu Harvest will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to return an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.
Sale products are not eligible for returns. Sale products are considered any product that is not selling at full retail value in the form of a markdown, or a limited value.
