VIEW HELP CENTREA concentrated, multi-enzyme surface cleaner that breaks down grease, eliminates odours, and leaves all water-safe surfaces streak-free, without harsh chemicals. Safe for homes and offices, gentle on all surfaces, and plant-derived. Australian made.
Water, plant-based multi-enzyme blend, lemon fragrance (non-essential oil)
Suitable for all water-safe surfaces, including kitchen benchtops, range hoods, BBQs, stainless steel, bathroom tiles, glass, mirrors, grout, walls, floors, windows, furniture, and office surfaces.
General cleaning: Spray directly onto the surface and wipe with a clean microfibre cloth. Heavy buildup: Spray generously, scrub with a soft brush, leave to work, then wipe clean. Mirrors and glass: Apply 1–2 sprays only and wipe with a microfibre cloth for a streak-free finish. Refer to the label for dilution ratios.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lid is tightly secured after each use. Keep away from children.
Spot test on a small, inconspicuous area before use.
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

We use Australia Post or couriers, based on your location, for shipping your order. Expected delivery is estimated to be 3-7 business days for Australia Post and other couriers, but is totally dependent upon your location & any impacts on courier ability to deliver.
Returns
Eligibility - Claims must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. - The guarantee only applies where the product has been used in accordance with the directions on the label. - The guarantee covers situations where the product does not perform the cleaning function as described. - Normal dissatisfaction with fragrance, personal preference, or misuse of the product does not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund - Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. - Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to claim a refund for, and a brief description of why the product did not meet the described performance. - In some cases, we may request: Photos or videos showing how the product was used, OR The return of the product (unused portion) for quality control purposes. - Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions The following are not covered by this guarantee: - Change of mind or preference for another product. - Incorrect use, dilution, or application outside of instructions provided. - Purchases not made directly through our website or authorised distributors. - Commercial misuse (e.g., using a household product in an industrial setting).
