Ritua will gladly accept return for any product which has arrived in unsalable condition.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Ritua Pty Ltd will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where: • The product is damaged, or • The product is faulty, and • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
In some cases, we may return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened nutritional products due to a change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner. RETURN SHIPPING If a product is deemed faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will be issued with a pre-paid postage label upon acceptance of claim.
