We offer shipping within Australia. Domestic shipping costs are $5 for standard delivery. Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days after purchase. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Any lost or damaged orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Returns/Refund Policy: Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 7 days. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Proof of damage is required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (such as personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
