Magnesium glycinate 600 mg (magnesium 120 mg) Thiamine (B1) 1.65 mg Riboflavin (B2) 2.1mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride (pyridoxine B6) 2.5 mg Mecobalamin (B12) 62.5µg Biotin (B7) 75µg Folic acid 100µg Nicotinamide (Niacin B3) 24mg Calcium pantothenate (Pantothenic acid B5) 9mg Cholecalciferol (D3) 10µg Pinus pinaster extract (pine) 75mg Equiv dry stem and bark 1.125mg Piper longum extract (long pepper) 6mg Equiv dry fruit 42mg
Take 1 tablet morning and 1 tablet evening daily (2 tablets daily) with a glass of water.
Store below 25 C, in a dry place.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Caution: Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Warnings: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Do not use if the blister packaging (inner foil) is broken or tampered with. Keep out of reach of children.
