All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Minimum delivery time frame is 1-2 days, however will vary depending on location. All orders are subject to courier shipping services, unless labelled as free shipping. All orders will be provided an Australia Post tracking number. Returns

Please note, for urgent enquiries such as order cancellation/changes, please send an email to [email protected] along with the email used for your order and invoice number.

Phone calls are strictly for non-urgent enquiries. After leaving your voice message, we usually respond within 2 business days.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes: - found cheaper elsewhere - did not like the product after purchase - had no use for the product

However, we have a strict 7 day returns period of all unopened and unused products. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to return/exchange via email ([email protected]) with the following information:

1. Order Number
2. Product & description of issue
3. Photographic evidence of issue Your case will be assessed by our returns team and you will be notified of the next steps.

You may also be provided with a refund or exchange only if an item has a major problem per consumer law definitions.

Please note the following range of products cannot be returned due to strict hygiene laws (this includes all products in skin contact): - Foot health products - Above neck products (facial, dental) - Groin/thigh products - Cushions - Sleeves - Gloves - Braces

Please note that the cost of return shipping is always paid by the customer, unless we are responsible for the cause of the return.

Re-delivery fees after the first failed attempt (incorrect address, receiver unknown, not collected or delivery refused) will be applied when re-sent.

For accepted change of mind returns we will provide a partial refund once the item has returned to us in an acceptable condition. The refund is partial because we incur significant logistical and processing costs to provide our products to you.
