Measurements and Materials: Size: 15cm x 15cm Filling: Australian-grown lupin seeds Cover: 100% cotton Made in Melbourne Benefits: Long-lasting Heat: Known for their excellent heat retention, lupins retain heat longer than traditional fillers like wheat or rice. Durable: Lupin heat packs have a long lifespan, as they won’t sweat when heated or develop a burnt smell over time. Convenient: Designed to fit inside the front zip pocket of our Castor Oil waist wrap (Waist wrap sold separately). Heating Instructions: Oven Heating: Preheat oven to 180°C. Once the oven reaches temperature, turn it off. Place the heat pack on a baking tray and allow it to warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven with a tea towel. Microwave Heating: Place the heat pack in the microwave and heat for 60 seconds. Carefully remove from the microwave with a tea towel and shake to distribute the heat evenly. If additional heat is needed, microwave in 20-second intervals to achieve the desired temperature. This is a general guide; heating times may need adjustment based on your oven or microwave wattage. Please handle your heat pack with care. Note: Waist Wrap sold separately.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
