Returns
Eligibility for return
● You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. ● Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Incorrect, damaged or not as expected ● If any item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. ● Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. ● In these cases, opened boxes may be accepted for return.
How to return ● Once a return is approved, send the product to: vybey AU c/o SmartComm 17–19 Tonka St Luscombe QLD 4207 Australia ● Please remove or cover your original postal address on the package. ● Unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, you are responsible for return shipping costs. ● Shipping costs are non-refundable. ● Use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds and exchanges ● After the return arrives, the item is inspected. ● You receive an email confirming if the return is approved or rejected. ● If approved and a refund requested, a credit is applied to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return. ● In some situations, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion (for example, where only part of an order is affected).
