Returns

• Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the product to us within 30 days of receiving the order. • Please check your delivery carefully to ensure the product delivered matches your order and is not damaged. It is important to note that due to the robust nature of the product, damage incurred to the packaging does not necessarily mean damage to the actual product. • All returns and exchanges must be co-ordinated by contacting Lightfeet on [email protected].

Faulty Product • If you believe the product to be faulty then contact us within 30 days of receipt of order at [email protected]. • An exchange can be arranged once the Lightfeet Quality team have reviewed product issue. • Faulty product does not have to be returned in original product packaging.

Returns & Exchanges • Any item sold by Lightfeet Pty Ltd, may be returned for a full refund of the item’s cost within 30 days of receipt of goods. We are happy to exchange product for different sizes, but please be aware that some larger sizes may incur additional costs. • All returns and exchanges need to be arranged prior to returning the goods through our contact [email protected]. • Note that all product must be returned in original condition, unworn and unmarked and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packaging and documentation. Your return will be processed as a refund against the credit card, or method of payment, supplied at purchase. • You are responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning or exchanging an item. You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for, nor will we refund, lost or damaged packages.
