STORAGE GUIDE: Bottle: Prepare only one bottle at a time as close as possible to feeding. If a bottle of made-up formula is to be prepared in advance, keep it in the back of the fridge (4°C) for a maximum of 12 hours. Throw away any prepared formula after 12 hours. Can: Use within four weeks of opening. Close lid tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place. Use by date is on the base of the can. Do not use if foil seal is missing or damaged. If correctly stored and made up in accordance with the directions on the label, no further vitamin or mineral preparations are necessary.
Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to ROYAL AUSNZ Infant Formula (from birth).
Breast milk is best for babies. Before you decide to use this product, consult your doctor or health worker for advice.
Shipping
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will also receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order's delivery progress. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting GOTOP via email [email protected] and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product.
Returns
If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please contact us by e-mail [email protected] within 24 hours to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, photo evidence, with your name and address.
You may be required by our team to ship the goods back to us in certain cases. It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item has been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid. We will also refund the postage cost of returning the item to us. However, if the problem with the product was a major failure, you can choose to receive a refund.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done with photo evidence and within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email [email protected].
GOTOP does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
