Shipping

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to Western Australia / Non-Metro Locations -There may be remote or rural areas where we are unable to fulfil deliveries due to limitations of our partnered couriers. In such cases, our team will notify the recipient of the order cancellation via email, and a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Changing Your Order -If you need to update your shipping address, amend order details, or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] before your order is prepared for dispatch.

We will not be able to amend any shipping details once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Order Status & Tracking -When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If your order has not arrived within 2 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number so we can investigate.

Shipping to P.O. boxes -We do not deliver to a PO Boxes, locked bags, or parcel lockers.

Unsuccessful Deliveries -If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, Bc Babycare AU cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Returns

We stand by our product and offer a 30-days-money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

How do I return my items? FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REQUEST YOUR RETURN: Step 1 - Email to [email protected] to request a return (including the reason for the return) Step 2 - Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us. Step 3 - Send the products back to our warehouse.

Damages and issues -Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items -Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on on-sale items.

Exchanges -The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
