Place opened support flat against the back of your thigh, sitting just under the buttocks. Wrap the support around the front of your thigh, ensuring the longest strap is placed at the top. Affix three straps to allow desired level of compression. Ensure the support is secure by wrapping the longest strap around the thigh and affix.

Shipping Structure and Charges • Shipping Fee: $6.95 (flat rate) • Free Shipping: On all orders of UPI brands/products valued over $50
Order Processing and Delivery • Orders placed before midday AEST will be processed for pick up the following business day, subject to stock availability. • Shipping partners operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, excluding Victorian public holidays. • PO Box delivery is available.
Tracking Information Once shipped, your order will be assigned a tracking number. You can track your order on the respective courier website.
Delivery Responsibility • Once dispatched, UPI is not liable for delivery delays. • If an incorrect address is provided, orders will be returned to our warehouse, and refunds will be issued for the product price only. • Orders will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless specified otherwise.
Returns
At United Pacific Industries, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility • The product must be unworn and unwashed. • All original packaging, tags, labels, unopened seals, and accessories must be intact. • The product must be in resale condition. • Proof of purchase is required. • Sale and promotional items cannot be returned unless faulty. • Refunds will be issued for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Return Process • Contact Customer Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. • Pack the product securely in its original packaging. • Send the package to: UPI Returns (10 Eastspur Court, Kilsyth VIC 3137) • We recommend using registered post, as UPI is not liable for lost return parcels. • Once received, refunds/exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.
