At WickWorks, we ship all orders from our storage in Sydney, New South Wales, using Australia Post and other trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Orders placed before 9am (AEST) on business days will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 9am will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 9am on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.
Please note that during peak shopping periods—such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or promotional sale events—there may be slight delays in dispatch or within the delivery network. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Returns
At WickWorks, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on candles or diffusers that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty or damaged upon arrival).
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process, including where to send the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a description and clear photo(s) of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
