Rates and Delivery Times • We provide free shipping Australia wide for orders over $69 • For orders under $69, a $5 shipping fee applies. • Standard delivery takes approximately 2-9 business days depending on your location.
Buyer Responsibility • The details you provide at point of sale must be accurate as this is where we send the order. • If an error of details has been made, contact us immediately to correct. • You must ensure that your mailbox is secure.
Returns
Guidelines for Returns • hey zomi offers a 7 day window for returns for defective or faulty items. • If the item/s have been opened and / or used without any faults they cannot be returned for change of mind. • The refund will only be processed if the item/s are returned in their original state including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories – a refund may not be offered if only partial items are returned. • Before returning the item, please email [email protected] within the 7 day period of receiving your order outlining reason for return and we will provide you with return postage details if you qualify for a refund. • We will notify you via email when we receive the returned items and when we have processed the refund.
