Our warehouse team dispatches orders within 1–2 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your state and location.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, so Parcel Locker addresses are accepted.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

We want you to love your GEWEL™ experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (If you are unsure about the design, please do not open the packaging and contact us first, as we won't be able to provide refund/exchange once the packaging is opened).

You will also need to provide photos and a receipt (or proof of purchase.)

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, By Me & Crew will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item. We will send you a shipping label, and you just have to drop it off at your local post office.

However, if there's a change of mind about the product or design, a return label fee will apply.

To start a return: -Contact us at [email protected] to initiate your return. -Provide photos of your item to help us assess its condition. -If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if the product is faulty and needs to be returned) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it before processing your refund or exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Additional Information:

If you are returning an item from a bundle, the original bundle pricing will no longer apply.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect, or any other reason beyond our control, you have the following options: -Reshipping the Order:
If you would like your order to be shipped again, a flat fee of $4.95 will be charged for reshipping. We will notify you once we receive the returned package, and upon payment of the reshipping fee, we will proceed to ship the item back to you. -Cancelling and Requesting a Refund:
If you prefer to cancel your order and request a refund instead of reshipping, a $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and up to date to avoid delays or additional costs.
