Claim Period: Warranty claims must be made within one year of the original purchase date, or within a longer period if required by law. Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not extend to normal wear and tear, personal preferences, change of mind, or damage resulting from misuse or negligent handling. Exclusions: The warranty is void for any unit that has been tampered with in any way.

Shipping costs for warranty claims:

Prepaid Postage: Please contact customer service for any enquiries about faulty items. Faulty items will need to be sent back for testing, emailing [email protected] will provide you with a return label. Replacement Shipping: Helpmed will cover the cost of shipping replacement items to the address provided on the warranty. Warranty Criteria: If an item returned to us does not meet the warranty criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
