Processing Times -All orders are packed with care and shipped from our local warehouse in Australia. -Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. -You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. -During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take an extra day or two – but we promise it's worth the wait!

We want you and your little ones to love every moment of your Tooth Fairy Paste experience. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
Change of Mind -Due to the nature of our products (oral care items), we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened or used. If your order is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible: -The item must be unused and in original, sealed condition -Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer -Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item Please contact us at [email protected] before returning your item so we can issue a return authorisation and provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with: -Your order number -A photo of the item and packaging -We’ll organise a replacement or refund right away, depending on what works best for you.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

After a traumatic dental visit as a child, Stephanie made it her mission to create a better experience for kids. While training in school clinics, she began dressing up to help ease dental anxiety and the idea for Tooth Fairy & Co. was born. Today, her vision has grown into two welcoming clinics in Thornlands and Ormiston, where families are cared for by a compassionate team of professionals.
