Returns
Guidelines for Returns • In2Pharma offers a 7 day window for returns for defective or faulty items. • If the item/s have been opened and / or used without any faults they cannot be returned for change of mind. • The refund will only be processed if the item/s are returned in their original state including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories – a refund may not be offered if only partial items are returned. • Before returning the item, please email [email protected] within the 7 day period of receiving your order outlining reason for return and we will provide you with return postage details if you qualify for a refund. • Please note the cost of returning the faulty item is the responsibility of the sender. • We will notify you via email when we receive the returned items and when we have processed the refund. • Refunds will be processed within 3 days once we have received the item/s.
