Processing your Order An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Shipment Processing Time Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders placed are processed within one business day. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

Our company does ship to commercial and domestic addresses.

We Endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for domestic orders. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

An order placed domestically will arrive within 2-5 business days. Standard Shipping is free on all orders.

Please note: (a) Business day means Monday to Friday between 09:00am -17:00pm AEST except holidays. (b) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. (c) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating estimated delivery time: Transit time: the time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier. (d) Due to the COVID- 19, packages to and from our facility in Sydney may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time. (e) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

Tracking Options Estas bel aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package from Australia post. A signature upon delivery may be required. If you are not home at time of delivery a parcel collection card will be issued and your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Due to Covid-19 contact-less delivery may be exercised, and your parcel may be left in safe place at your delivery address.

Damages If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact the Courier immediately, Courier details are provided via email once your order is out for delivery.

Missing or lost package There are several reasons why package gets lost. We’ve found that often the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Estas Bel politely request that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please look around and lets us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact the courier to report missing or lost package.

Returns

To be eligible for a returns or exchanges items must be returned in the condition in which it was received, Unworn, unwashed, unstretched, without stains, without smell or without smell of perfume or deodorant and original tags attached with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and do not meet the above criteria.

Once a return is received and inspected an email notification is sent out to notify that we have received your return. we will also notify you if it has been approved or rejected.

Please note that some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges • Due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns of Faja shapewear and mesh shapewear • Please note that with sample items are not returnable under any circumstances. • Clearance items, are also not returnable

1. Cancellation and Change of Mind We do not offer any refund or exchange if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

2. Damaged products All items are carefully inspected before being sent out to customers to guarantee a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us, in the event that the product you ordered has been damaged: • (a) Please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected]. • (b) Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, Unworn, unwashed, unstretched, without stains, without smell or without smell of perfume or deodorant and original tags attached. • we will offer replacement or refund provided that you have contacted us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product • we advise that you inspect your products when you receive them before wearing, if there is any defect please contact us as soon as possible, as we unable to replace any products that are worn or no longer in the original condition they were when received.

3. Exceptions Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a replacement or refund for a product purchased by you if: • the product show signs of being worn, washed, with stains, smell of perfume and are no longer in their original condition which it was received.

4.Shipping Costs for Returns In the event that a product you have purchased is faulty or damaged we shall bear any cost of shipping the said product (the “Returned Product”) back to us, as well as any cost of shipping any replacement product to you.

For any other reasons for returns you are responsible for organising shipping costs for the Returned Product to be returned to us and for replacement products to be returned to you.

1. Response Time We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 7 business days of receipt.

2. How to return products • You can contact us at the end of this Policy to discuss a return using the information. • Unless otherwise defined in our sole discretion, we shall pay all approved refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase. • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase.

3. Time frame Our refund and return policy last for 30 days, if 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you refunds or exchanges. • (a) We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy (“Policy”). • (b) Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. • (c) Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order. • (d) If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
