Mamacare offers FREE standard shipping via Australia Post eParcel delivery service for all orders over $70.

All care is taken by Mamacare packaging your goods to be shipped by Australia Post.

Please allow 1-2 business days from the time that you place your order for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of your order will be subject to the estimated delivery times set out below.

Please note that during peak periods (such as public holidays, the months of November and December and promotional sale periods) there may be a delay in the dispatch times and/or the estimated delivery times.

STANDARD SHIPPING Your order is estimated to arrive within 5 -10 business days after it has been dispatched. Please note that the delivery times of our third party courier service provider set out above are estimates only. They may be impacted, from time to time, due to increased volumes with the carrier’s delivery network and any such delays in the delivery of your order are outside of our control.

While we will always do our best to help when a product is not the right fit, not every order is eligible for return. We believe our return policy is generous, and if we feel that misuse of this policy is taking place, we are not obligated to process a return.

Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Some refund requests may be charged a $5 processing fee which will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note that items returned without prior contact with the Mamacare Customer Experience Team, or packages “Returned to Sender”, may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or returns that are lost in transit, may not be eligible for return. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, you will not be refunded.

Items returned to us after 15 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting Mamacare prior to the return, will not be refunded.

Our Customer Experience Team would be happy to help you with any order issues and assist with a return to the best of their ability. Some returns may be eligible for a prepaid return label or AUP pickup. Should you send items back to our warehouse at your own expense, we cannot reimburse the cost.
