VIEW HELP CENTREYUNG BOD brass incense holder is made from one single individual piece. Formed by hand in India giving each holder a unique look. A subtle yet striking piece that will fit into any home decor.
BrassHolders will vary in size and shape to the image presented. Brass naturally tarnishes or dulls with time, shine can potentially be revived with salt, lemon juice or a jewellery cleaner.

Place incense stick in brass holder and ignite the tip. Burn for 5 seconds and then gently blow out the flame, allowing the stick to smoulder and fragrance the air and slowly burn down. To extinguish dip stick in water or press top against hard heat resistant surface. If you wish not to burn the entire stick, you can reignite later. If you haven’t used incense sticks before, keep in mind they don’t burn like candles with a lasting flame. The burning embers are enough to keep it going.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Never leave burning incense unattended. Never touch or move while lit. Follow usage instructions carefully.

Shipping
Processing & Delivery times:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
Standard delivery time ranges from 7-10 business days depending on the delivery address.
Change of address:
If a change of address is made directly with your local Australia Post office, YUND BOD will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. Make sure your address is correct before submitting to purchase.
Additional information: YUNG BOD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and packages delayed in transit. All orders must be placed in the English language only.
Returns
Refunds: We are sorry you don’t love our products as much as we do. Unfortunately, YUNG BOD does not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns on any products purchased - this includes ‘change of mind’ due to health regulations and hygiene reasons. A refund is only accepted if a product is incorrect or faulty.
Faulty products:
In the unlikely event you have received incorrect or faulty items, send an email to [email protected] and include your order information in the subject line. Provide details including photos and proof of purchase within 14 days of buying.
Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, YUNG BOD will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and provide instructions accordingly. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days from approval.
Changing or cancelling your order: Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
Missing items: We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you - it’s equally important to us! We do everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
