AFTER CHOOSING TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH BOTANI, WE ARE PLEASED TO ADVISE THE FOLLOWING PROCESS: ● You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed within 1-2 days. ● When goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation confirming that your delivery has been completed, along with an attached tax invoice. Your tracking information will also be emailed by Australia Post.

Standard delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $5 for all orders under $50. Orders $50 and over will receive free standard shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] if you require more information.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days (weekdays) of being received, except during sale and promotional periods, on public holidays or during festive seasons. Orders will arrive between approximately 2-7 business days from dispatch, except during periods outlined above. However, please note: Botani cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post, particularly where delivery times, e-parcel emails and tracking information are concerned.

Returns

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives at you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected] or 03 9380 8529, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue within 24 hours.

Returns will be authorised in the following circumstances: Returns Due to Skin Reactions -If you experience an adverse skin reaction to any Botani product within 48 hours of use, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps: -Discontinue use immediately. -Contact us within 5 days of receiving the products via email at [email protected] -Provide the following: ▪ Your order number ▪ Product name ▪ A brief description of the reaction ▪ A clear photo of the affected area (if comfortable sharing) ▪ Photo of the product with batch number and expiry date - We may request the product to be returned to our team for quality assurance. If approved, we will offer either: - A full refund to your original payment method - Or a replacement product based on your preference. A return bag will be provided free of charge

The customer believes the product to “not be right” – e.g. dramatic consistency change (Please note that minor variations are usually a result of seasonal variations in the natural ingredients used in Botani formulations – discretion needs to be utilised when deciding if a product is “not right”)

The packaging is faulty, e.g pumps are not working.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damage in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise that this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email at [email protected]

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly resupply the item(s). Importantly, it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received before opening them.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply if the products are unopened and in their original condition. A return bag will be provided free of charge.

Returns are not authorised in the following circumstances: -The product is expired (all Botani products are dispatched with an adequate shelf life, usually 2-3 years) -The customer has changed their mind
