To treat pain associated with surgery, trauma, musculoskeletal problems, bursitis or dental problems. It is also used in physical therapy and during labour/delivery. It is typically used to prevent muscle atrophy, for muscle re-education, to relax muscle spasms, to improve blood circulation, for post-surgical stimulation of calf muscles to prevent venous thrombosis, and/or to maintain or increase range of motion.
Wireless 4-9 device box contains all items required to get started, including 1 x Hidow Wireless 4-9 TENS/EMS machine 2 x Wireless Receivers 1 x Lower Back Pad 1 x pair of Gel Pads (medium size) 2 x Short Extension Wire 1 x USB charging cord (mini) Instructions for use Bundle includes a pair of PainPod Foot Pads that can be connected using a Receiver and Short Extension Wire and 2 x pairs of PainPod Premium Pads Large (2 pairs). To use the device with Gel Pads: Connect the Receiver to the Lower Back Pad by clicking both snaps into place, or connect to a pair of Gel Pads by clipping one Pad onto the Receiver and attaching the Short Extension Wire to connect to the other Pad. Apply to clean dry skin over treatment area. You will always need to use 2 points of contact. Switch machine on, select mode and slowly increase intensity to a comfortable level. Device will switch off automatically once countdown timer is complete (45 mins). To use the device with Foot Pads: Connect the Receiver to one Foot Pad and attach the Short Extension Wire to connect to the other Foot Pad - 2 x Short Extensions Wires can be used if you need more room. Place your feet on the Foot Pads, one foot on each pad. You will always need to use 2 separate points of contact. Switch device and Receiver on, select mode and slowly increase intensity to a comfortable level. Adjust timer if needed, device will switch off automatically once countdown timer is complete. If you cannot feel sensations you may need to use a conductive spray such as Perfect Conductor. If sensations cannot be felt due to sensitivity issues, treatment can still be beneficial as it is stimulating blood circulation.
Store at a temperature that would be comfortable for a human being, or somewhere between 5°C (41.0°F) and 27°C (80.6°F) with humidity at 35-50%.

PainPod offers a 60-90 day money back guarantee on products that are not helping with your pain management. We require you to use the product for at least 60 days to give it the chance to take effect and return it prior to 90 days from the date of purchase. Products that have been physically damaged are not eligible for this offer.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it • is unsafe • is significantly different from the sample or description • doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
Under consumer law we may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors:
• type of product • how a consumer is likely to use the product • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

As the Gel Pads can be compromised by oil/lotion on the skin after one use or incorrect storage, we cannot guarantee the stickiness will last so recommend using the Conductor Gel for helping with adhesion. If there is a fault with the connector the pads will be replaced.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
