PRODUCT DETAILS Fits left or right.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Open all closures. Slip brace over foot and up the leg. Position brace with central patella hole over knee cap. Hinges on opposite sides of the knee cap. Apply the 4 straps in a diamond configuration around the knee cap as shown. The 2 top straps overlap over each other, as do the 2 lower straps. Do not over stretch each strap as this may place unnecessary tension over the brace, causing it to fit incorrectly. Medium to mild pressure is sufficient for each strap. You can always adjust them later. As a final step, thread the top and bottom outer locking straps through the D Loops and double back over to close. The hinges should be positioned on equal sides of the knee. Flex your knee to make sure the hook has gripped well. If at all uncomfortable, open and re-apply. Adjust for comfort. Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis. Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict. If unsure consult a physician.
CARE Hand wash. Warm water. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Hang to air-dry in a well ventilated area.

Unless otherwise specified this product contains rubber/latex content. Please seek medical advice prior to use if you suffer from circulatory problem.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Minimum delivery time frame is 1-2 days, however will vary depending on location. All orders are subject to courier shipping services, unless labelled as free shipping. All orders will be provided an Australia Post tracking number. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes: - found cheaper elsewhere - did not like the product after purchase - had no use for the product

- Product & description of issue
- Photographic evidence of issue Your case will be assessed by our returns team and you will be notified of the next steps.
You may also be provided with a refund or exchange only if an item has a major problem per consumer law definitions.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is always paid by the customer, unless we are responsible for the cause of the return.
Re-delivery fees after the first failed attempt (incorrect address, receiver unknown, not collected or delivery refused) will be applied when re-sent.
For accepted change of mind returns we will provide a partial refund once the item has returned to us in an acceptable condition. The refund is partial because we incur significant logistical and processing costs to provide our products to you.
