Returns
Subsequent product orders: We will gladly provide you with an exchange or refund within the framework of our returns policy. Please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receipt of your product(s) if you are planning to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if we have not been contacted prior to returning product(s).
Damaged or Incorrect Products: We will only accept exchanges on a product that has been supplied to the customer incorrectly by Hydra Longevity OR which are deemed to be faulty. Please contact us immediately to organise your replacement.
For any orders that claim to have missing products, we will conduct a full investigation. If we are found to be liable, you will be sent replacement products. Please note that no refunds will be given.
Samples or Free Gifts with Purchase: Samples and/or gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs on returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s) for a refund.
Because of our free shipping offer, when you return product(s) for a refund, the cost of originally shipping the product(s) to you will be deducted from your refund.
Products returned for exchange will not incur a shipping fee for the replaced product(s), you will also be refunded your shipping costs for returning the product(s) to Hydra Longevity.
