A flange insert is a soft silicone accessory designed to adjust the fit of your breast pump flange, helping create a better seal and a more comfortable pumping experience. While the standard pump comes with a 24mm flange, inserts in sizes 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm are available to accommodate different nipple sizes, because everyone’s body is different! We also sell the 27mm if you need to size up.

We dispatch your order via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post from Melbourne. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Australia Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery via Australia Post Parcel Post is $6.95 for all orders.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking information has stalled or your order is taking longer than expected, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly on 13 POST. 14-Day Return Policy – No Questions Asked Return Period You’re welcome to return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving it. At The Midwife Mumma, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s everything you need to know:

Return Conditions Brand New and Unopened: Products must be in brand-new, unused, and unopened condition with intact packaging and plastic wrap. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be cleared. Original Accessories: Please include all accessories. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Team Approval: Make sure you advise the team and are instructed by our team to send it back so we can review via pictures that the product has not been used and is not damaged.
