Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
