Suitable for children 6+
Once daily for children in different age groups as detailed in the dosing chart, or as directed by healthcare professional. Children 6-12 years, take 2 capsules daily. Teenagers 13-15 years, take 3 capsules daily. Teenagers 16-18 years, take 4 capsules daily. Take the product with water: or if preferred. open the capsule to mix powder into a beverage to drink.
