• Ice Bag: Durable, waterproof rubberized fabric with leak-resistant cap • Wrap: Soft, elastic neoprene with hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) closure for adjustable compression and secure placement • Cap: Hard plastic screw top with gasket seal to prevent leaks
• Neoprene wrap may cause irritation in individuals with neoprene sensitivities—discontinue use if irritation occurs. • Patch test recommended for users with known material sensitivities.
• Not suitable for use if you have known allergies to neoprene or synthetic rubber materials.

1. Unscrew cap and fill the bag with ice cubes, crushed ice, or cold water. Do not overfill. 2. Secure the cap tightly to prevent leaks. 3. Insert the filled ice bag into the wrap pocket. 4. Apply to the affected area and secure with adjustable straps. Ensure comfort and avoid overtightening. 5. Use for 15–20 minutes, then remove. 6. Empty and air dry the ice bag after use. Store in a dry location.
• Empty contents and allow the ice bag to fully dry before storing. • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. • Do not fold or crease the bag sharply, as this may weaken the material. • Keep wrap clean and dry—hand wash only, and air dry.
• Do not apply directly to bare skin for prolonged periods—always use the wrap or a cloth barrier to avoid cold burns or frostbite. • Do not overfill the ice bag. Leave room for expansion to avoid leakage or bursting. • Ensure the cap is securely fastened before use to prevent spills. • Do not microwave or heat—this product is intended for cold therapy only. • Keep out of reach of children unless under adult supervision. • Inspect regularly for signs of wear, punctures, or damaged seals.
• For external use only. • Discontinue use if skin becomes excessively red, numb, or irritated. • Limit cold therapy sessions to 15–20 minutes at a time, with at least 1 hour between applications. • Not recommended for individuals with circulatory problems unless advised by a healthcare professional. • Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or managing chronic conditions.

Title to Goods -Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
Availability of Products -Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. We may supply a near equivalent item if you are happy.
Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect -If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Please quote your customer number and the invoice number. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.
Returns
Return of Goods
No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions. A 10% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer.
Refunds: -Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Shipping: -To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Salisbury Rd, Asquith, New South Wales, AU, 2077. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
