Recommended for: • Soft tissue injuries and joint support • Mild to moderate compression to manage swelling or edema • Holding wound dressings or padding securely in place • Muscle support during recovery or light activity • Post-cast or post-operative support • Skin protection under adhesive tapes or braces Preventing chafing or blistering on contact-prone skin areas
• Select appropriate size for the body part to be supported or compressed. • Cut to required length using scissors, allowing extra length for secure coverage. • Gently stretch and slide over the limb or joint to position. • Ensure even pressure—do not twist or bunch the fabric. • Adjust for comfort, making sure it is snug but not overly tight. • For added support or compression, a second layer may be applied if recommended.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. • Keep in original packaging to protect from dust and contamination. • Avoid exposure to heat or humidity which may degrade elasticity. • Best used within 24 months of manufacturing for optimal performance.
• For external use only. Do not apply directly over broken or infected skin without proper dressing. • Not for use as a tourniquet or for extreme compression.
• Monitor for signs of poor circulation such as numbness, tingling, or discoloration—remove or loosen if these occur. • Do not use on infants or those with compromised circulation unless directed by a healthcare professional. • Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort develops. • Single-patient use recommended to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) -GST is applied to products as outlined by the Australian Taxation Office. GST is not applicable to a large range of our products supplied for disability or rehabilitation purposes.
Title to Goods -Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
Availability of Products -Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. We may supply a near equivalent item if you are happy.
Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect -If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Please quote your customer number and the invoice number. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.
Returns
Return of Goods
No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions. A 10% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer.
Refunds: -Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Shipping: -To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Salisbury Rd, Asquith, New South Wales, AU, 2077. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
