• Latex-Free: Does not contain natural rubber latex—safe for users with latex sensitivities. • Hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive: Designed for low skin irritation risk. • Still test before full use if you have sensitive skin or a known adhesive allergy. • Discontinue use if skin reaction occurs and consult a medical professional if needed.

Clean and dry the skin Ensure the area is free from oils, lotions, sweat, or moisture to maximize adhesion. Tear to desired length No scissors needed—simply hand-tear the tape to the appropriate length and shape. Apply without excessive stretch Gently place the tape on the skin with minimal tension to avoid irritation or compromised circulation. Smooth the tape Rub the tape gently to activate the adhesive and ensure full contact with the skin. Check comfort and mobility Make sure the tape allows for comfortable movement without pulling or restricting. Removal Slowly peel off the tape in the direction of hair growth. Use warm water or adhesive remover if needed for sensitive areas.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. • Avoid extreme temperatures. Excessive heat or cold can affect adhesive performance. • Keep in original packaging or a sealed container to prevent dust and debris from affecting stickiness. • Do not expose to moisture before use, as it may compromise the tape’s adhesion. • Shelf life: For best performance, use within 12–24 months of purchase.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive quality. • Remove slowly and gently to avoid skin damage, especially on sensitive or hairy areas.

Title to Goods -Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
Availability of Products -Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. We may supply a near equivalent item if you are happy.
Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect -If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Please quote your customer number and the invoice number. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.
Returns
Return of Goods
No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions. A 10% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer.
Refunds: -Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Shipping: -To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Salisbury Rd, Asquith, New South Wales, AU, 2077. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
