You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, except in cases where the item is damaged.
To be eligible for a return due to damage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Returned items must be sent back to our warehouse for assessment. If an item is deemed used, it will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
