RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from VIVRA, including a change of mind, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods. It is important however that the VIVRA and all packaging and ticketing are in the same condition as when they left the VIVRA warehouse. If either of these two conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange unless the VIVRA is faulty.
