Active ingredients each 1g of cream contains: Arnica Montana flower tincture 50mg/g (equivalent fresh flower 10mg/g), Boswellia Serrata gum oleoresin ext. dry conc. 20mg/g (equivalent dry gum oleoresin 120mg/g), Cajuput Oil 20mg/g, Peppermint Oil 5mg/g (contains Menthol 2.75 mg/g). Other ingredients Purified Water, Glycerol, Disodium Edetate, White Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Monostearate, Polysorbate 80, Polyacrylamide, C13-C14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-7, Phenoxyethanol, Citric Acid.
Specially formulated for those living with joint pain, stiffness, or arthritis-related discomfort. Whether you're managing flare-ups or seeking day-to-day relief, this cream offers targeted support to help you move more comfortably.
Massage 1-3 grams of cream into affected area 3 to 4 times daily, as required.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Shipping Structure and Charges • Shipping Fee: $6.95 (flat rate) • Free Shipping: On all orders of UPI brands/products valued over $50
Order Processing and Delivery • Orders placed before midday AEST will be processed for pick up the following business day, subject to stock availability. • Shipping partners operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, excluding Victorian public holidays. • PO Box delivery is available.
Tracking Information Once shipped, your order will be assigned a tracking number. You can track your order on the respective courier website.
Delivery Responsibility • Once dispatched, UPI is not liable for delivery delays. • If an incorrect address is provided, orders will be returned to our warehouse, and refunds will be issued for the product price only. • Orders will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless specified otherwise.
Returns
At United Pacific Industries, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility • The product must be unworn and unwashed. • All original packaging, tags, labels, unopened seals, and accessories must be intact. • The product must be in resale condition. • Proof of purchase is required. • Sale and promotional items cannot be returned unless faulty. • Refunds will be issued for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Return Process • Contact Customer Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. • Pack the product securely in its original packaging. • Send the package to: UPI Returns (10 Eastspur Court, Kilsyth VIC 3137) • We recommend using registered post, as UPI is not liable for lost return parcels. • Once received, refunds/exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.
