We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, which means if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Selfie Nails product purchased, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return/refund you must first contact us at [email protected] explaining the reasons for your return. We will then send you a reply paid label for you to attach to your return. Your return must be sent back within 2 days of your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a full refund, only 1 packet of Selfie Nails are to be opened. Any additional opened packs will be deducted from the full refund amount. All remaining products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any damaged products will not be refunded.
