For one month, you’ll follow the embi Oral Wellness scrape–brush–floss routine using oral wellness products formulated to clean effectively without harsh chemicals. The First Step edition features our gentlest tongue scraper, ideal for first-time tongue cleaners and anyone wanting an easier introduction to daily tongue care. Fulfilment Process:

Returns

All of our products have been checked multiple times before packing so we ensure the best quality.
In the case of a faulty item, please follow the following guidelines.
Guidelines for Returns:
• embiooc offers a 7 day window for remorseful returns for defective or faulty items. • If the item/s have been opened and / or used without any faults they cannot be returned for change of mind. • The refund will only be processed if the item/s are returned in their original state including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories – a refund may not be offered if only partial items are returned. • Before returning the item, please email [email protected] within the 7 day period of receiving your order outlining reason for return and we will provide you with return postage details if you qualify for a refund. • Please note the cost of returning the faulty item is the responsibility of the sender. • We will notify you via email when we receive the returned items and when we have processed the refund. • Refunds will be processed within 3 days once we have received the item/s.
